Nominate Markeaton Pharmacy for the Electronic Prescription Service

The Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) is an NHS service that lets your GP send your prescription electronically to the pharmacy of your choice. By nominating Markeaton Pharmacy, you no longer need to collect a paper prescription from your surgery – your prescription is sent straight to us, ready for our team to dispense.

EPS is reliable, secure and confidential. It is well suited to anyone who collects regular repeat medication, and it can save you time and an extra trip to your GP practice.

How to nominate Markeaton Pharmacy

Choosing us as your nominated pharmacy is quick and easy. You can nominate us in any of the following ways:

  • In the pharmacy – simply ask a member of our team and we will set up your nomination for you.
  • At your GP surgery – tell the reception or dispensary team that you would like Markeaton Pharmacy, 126 Kedleston Road, Derby to be your nominated EPS pharmacy.
  • Through the NHS App – you can review and change your nominated pharmacy yourself within the NHS App.

You can change or cancel your nomination at any time, and you are never tied to one pharmacy. Nominating us does not affect your right to use a different pharmacy when it suits you.
